Fainna ma'al 'usri Yusran. (Q. S. Insyirah: 5).

Then the verse is repeated again by Allah SWT: 
  
Inna ma'al 'usri Yusran (Q. S. Insirah: 6). 
Meaning: Verily after difficulty there is relief. 
     Here, obviously, Allah Ta'ala letter above, which is addressed to mankind especially to those who believe, for what? for we are all aware that God told us how much attention people (creations), so we all do not dissolve in sadness face numerous difficulties, in the above letter spiritual God, asserted that "O servant servant immediately stop mourn and seek, because behind the difficulties There was a lot of easiness and happiness. "Even the paragraph above are repeated by Alah SWT, it proved to us all, for there is no doubt to all the promises of God to us, therefore, be assured there is no single promise of God are not kept, Definitely. 
     People who are happy or people who live their lives with no feel fortunate that lack freedom and discontent and there is also a rare lucky man who has really been enlightened about life. 
     In fact, there are also people who believe that in this world there is no ordinary man who had no trouble. But let me emphasize here!. If such thoughts are considered to be the truth, I must say none of the men who escaped from trouble (trials) for still living in this world, and the need we all know that real, delicious and not bad it's actually one that is equally exam (test ), cild exam cildrent not yes exams! that's the truth. 
      Is it true what is called the human world as the leader of the creation of this is unreasonable? No! I can put it firmly. In summary for thinking about human beings in a way that does not give priority to think positive thoughts, so think about the difficulties. When the unknown origin of the human soul, because it found something that is not perfect is very much in the heart, that's what happens cause trouble. When described in detail, if the soul of the human mind can be controlled properly, in accordance with the truth and can be a positive thing, then the negative things that make life as difficult dark, definitely not going to happen in his mind. And the trouble was due to not acknowledge the existence of something of great value in the soul and mind. When told in more detail again, the difficulty is not something that happens suddenly or by chance. 
     Certainly in the minds and hearts there concerns about things that have not occurred, or negative thinking, namely anger, fear, feelings of pessimism, hatred, revenge, jealousy, revenge, mental suffering and so forth, from negative feelings such as concerns about the thing that has not happened that thought constantly.
